The location is excellent, as it’s just a short walk from the day spa I visited. The room was both clean and comfortable, clearly showing a nice blend of modern amenities within a charming setting.

I had a wonderful stay in the Superior Suite, with the perfect blend of comfort and space. The highlight was definitely the on-site Indian restaurant offering delicious dishes that were bursting with flavor, making every meal enjoyable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my needs were met. the lack of a lift for accessing upper floors could be a concern for some guests.

The hotel had a beautifully refurbished lounge area, which was bright and inviting, providing easy access for seniors to relax comfortably. The staff were also incredibly supportive, offering assistance whenever needed, making my stay very pleasant.

Walked into an unkempt environment—floors needed a good cleaning, specks of tobacco and rubbish lingered in our room. The pool table in the bar area looked like it hadn't seen care in ages, with a slant and only one cue stick available. On top of that, the simplistic pool charge felt unreasonable given the poor conditions. The overall ambiance was marred by noise, with thin walls allowing every footstep and bathroom flush from neighboring rooms to echo through. A few details could really use an overhaul.
